Retail Job-Hopping: Look Before you Leap

by Valerie Lipow

I have been thinking about leaving my job and looking elsewhere. Like the saying goes, "The grass is always greener on the other side." I'm afraid if I leave, I will look back and see that the grass was greener at my old job. I don't want to make a big mistake by leaving. Do you have any advice on how to sort through all this and make a decision?
